Complaints Procedures


The purpose of this policy is to provide clear and transparent information to parents, the community and staff on how concerns and complaints will be managed and resolutions found. Skagerak International School’s approach to handling concerns and complaints is based on our values of

• Providing a safe and supportive learning environment

• Building relationships between students, parents and staff

• Providing a safe working environment for staff

• Provide another source of data to measure our effectiveness and direct improvement
