Homework Assistance

At Skagerak International School we prepare you for studies or work anywhere in the world. We help you set your ambitions – and reach them.

After-school homework assistance is provided every Wednesday for PY2, PY3 and PY6 students in their classrooms, and Thursday for students in PY4, PY5 and BMAC in the PY5 classroom. On both days, it runs for one hour from 3 to 4 pm.

There is no fee for Homework Club.

This year, assistance will be provided by Ms. Brattested and another member of the school staff.

All students who come to Homework Club must have homework to do and their own school supplies. They should also have a lunch or snack with them. Students will have a short break to go outside for some fresh air, as well.

If students finish their homework before they are collected, they are welcome to read a book brought from home or draw with their own drawing materials.

Students who regularly attend SFO will be sent there when homework is completed. This is meant to be a peaceful space where students can work quietly and receive assistance as needed.

  • Homework Assistance in the Middle School is provided on Mondays between 3 and 4 pm, and at lunch time (11:30-12:30) on Fridays in the Middle School library. Math club is held at lunch time on Thursdays in room 300
  • Study Support is available to High School students Monday-Thursday after school.
